Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team at Ontrack HR Services Pvt LTD. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of channel sales and business development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving sales growth through existing and new channels in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales turnover, customer experience, and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and explore opportunities for revenue generation and expansion of the dealer, distributor, and retail network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels to ensure customer retention and achievement of service revenues.
- Oversee receivable management, including collection of outstanding amounts.
- Scout for opportunities to reach end consumers through various sources and increase business in the most cost-effective way.
- Understand and analyze competition offerings to continuously improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Any degree in full-time with PG graduation.
- 7-11 years of experience in channel sales or a related field.
- Preferred experience in building material industry/appliance industry or secondary sales.
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with the ability to work on multiple objectives and manage a team.
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills, with high personal credibility.
