About the Role: Opportunity at Meril: Territory Sales Manager Location: Delhi / Chandigarh / Hyderabad /Chennai/ Bangalore/Mumbai Responsibilities: You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing sales and business for territory.
Plan activities, supporting customers in using company resources and promotional activities as identified by the RSM Sales strategies.
Connecting and engage with top Surgeons and KOL’s.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Responsible for the sales for the assigned territory.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
Meeting all customers and developing contacts.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
Qualifications: Education: B.
Sc/BA or Pharma graduate / Post Graduation Required Skills: Personality: Communicative, Social, Persuasive, Energetic, Self-Motivated, Problem Solving Past Experiences: With Past experience with Surgical, Medical Device and healthcare Org.
Proven experience in a Sales/ KOL Management , preferably within the medical device industry.
Strong leadership skills.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting market trends and customer behavior.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving Sales objectives and contributing to overall business success.
