
Bangalore Regional Business Director

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Business Leader to drive our B2B business strategy in the Bangalore region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regional market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- About the Role:
- Develop and execute the B2B business strategy for the Bangalore region, aligned with national goals.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team for the region.
- Drive acquisition of enterprise and mid-market clients across Bangalore and surrounding areas.
- Owning and delivering revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify regional market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape to drive business expansion.
- Establish a strong presence in local industry forums, associations, and networks.
- Manage P&L for the Bangalore region, ensuring profitability and cost optimization.
- Oversee client delivery, onboarding, and customer satisfaction in the region.
Requirements:
- Educational background: MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: 5–12 years of experience in B2B business leadership, sales, or regional business management.
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L management experience.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
