Job Overview
As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Engage with customers proactively to provide top-notch service and support, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and issues.
- Lead the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
- Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing revenue potential.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, informing business decisions and improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any field.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no errors in grammar, pronunciation, or tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, driving customer loyalty and retention.
- Fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred: Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.
