Job Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Engage with customers proactively to provide top-notch service and support, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and issues.
  • Lead the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to customers, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
  • Utilize your sales acumen to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, maximizing revenue potential.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, informing business decisions and improvement initiatives.

Key Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory; additional languages are an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with no errors in grammar, pronunciation, or tone.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, driving customer loyalty and retention.
  • Fresher and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Preferred: Experience in Insurance and/or customer-facing sales roles.

Employment Details
