Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to join our organization in the role of driving growth and expansion through strategic planning, key stakeholder relationships, and market research.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing our business development vertical, including:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees and suppliers to foster collaboration and mutual benefit
  • Conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and capitalize on emerging trends
  • Managing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and exceed performance expectations

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and expansion. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably in retail operations and franchise management
  • MBA or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in business strategy and leadership
  • Strong background in business development, with a proven track record of success in driving growth and expansion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding performance expectations
