  • 6-8 years of experience in business development, franchise operations or sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in lead generation, partner onboarding and target achievement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with regional teams to identify high-potential cities for franchise expansion.
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate building material data and pinpoint key growth opportunities.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead and work closely with assigned team members to collect, analyse and contact leads from prospective areas.
    • Provide guidance, training and support to ensure alignment with our franchise selection criteria.
  • Lead Generation & Meetings:
    • Evaluate and shortlist potential franchise profiles that meet our standards.
    • Oversee scheduling and coordination of meetings with interested prospects in target areas.
  • Area Visits & Prospect Engagement:
    • Plan and execute regular visits to potential franchise areas to understand market dynamics and build connections.
    • Promote our franchise model to prospective partners, generating interest and driving conversions.
  • Franchise Conversion & Onboarding:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process by converting suitable profiles into franchise partners.
    • Ensure all necessary steps are completed to make new franchises operational and live within set timelines.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Achieve franchise onboarding targets and ensure consistent meeting of KPIs.
    • Regularly monitor progress and take corrective actions to address any challenges in franchise conversion.
