Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of production support processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

This is a critical position that requires designing and implementing production support procedures, policies, and documentation. Key responsibilities include performing tests on production applications, preparing recovery procedures, identifying and resolving technical issues, coordinating with IT groups and external vendors, and managing code migration across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing tests on production applications to ensure seamless delivery
  • Preparing recovery procedures to minimize downtime

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in production support
