The role of Senior Operations Specialist is to provide high-quality technical and operational support to customers and internal business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a holistic view of customer processes, handling incidents, conducting detailed root cause analysis, and participating in high-priority incident resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer processes and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Provide technical and functional analysis for the development team as part of bug analysis.
  • Guide and mentor junior support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience in application support, preferably in a 24x7 environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Business understanding and technical skills in Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and LINUX.
