Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our finance team as a senior specialist. As a key member of our operations, you will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution of financial transactions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of financial transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies (e.g., IFRS/GAAP).
  • Support intercompany accounting and adjustments.
  • Coordinate journal entries, accruals, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with established accounting standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in General Ledger.
  • Familiarity with Middle East processes or non-India processes is preferred.
