Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a strategic and analytical Financial Operations Manager to lead our financial functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and balance sheets for stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to support business growth.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance.
- Tax Compliance:
- Ensure timely and accurate calculation, filing, and payment of all taxes, including income tax, GST, and TDS.
- Reconcile GST input and output and prepare GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.).
- Handle TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and issuance of Form 16/16A.
- Liaise with tax consultants and government authorities for assessments, audits, and compliance-related queries.
- Administrative Support:
- Supervise general administrative tasks, including office management, asset management, vendor coordination, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations related to finance and administration.
- Support HR functions, such as payroll processing, employee reimbursements, and expense management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
