About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 2 support for servers including Falcon and IRNS
  • Monitor transactions and analyze issues in the production environment
  • Perform DR drills and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve their issues
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in application and server management
  • Strong knowledge of banking domain functionality and technical aspects
  • Excellent logical and analytical skills to solve complex problems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and achieve common goals
