Strategic Healthcare Alliance Manager

The role of a Strategic Healthcare Alliance Manager is to forge and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals for our medical crowdfunding and lending platform.

This position entails:

  • Fostering and nurturing strategic alliances with healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals for our medical crowdfunding and lending services.
  • Leading and mentoring sales teams in their regions, ensuring they meet targets, operate effectively, and develop professionally.
  • Identifying opportunities for new crowdfunding and lending initiatives by understanding patient needs and introducing financing solutions at partner hospitals.
  • Promoting awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients, enabling them to access instant medical loans and zero-cost financing options.
  • Setting revenue goals and managing the crowdfunding and lending pipelines on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Providing continuous feedback on customer experience, market competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Cordoning lending operations between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered financial institutions.
  • Taking full ownership of city-level profit and loss management, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the healthcare or startup sector.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • A willingness to travel extensively within your region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.

Bonus skills:

  • Experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance).
  • Background in managing large sales teams or partner networks.
