Marketing Partner

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Associate to support impactful partner-led marketing campaigns. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute co-branded initiatives with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.

  • Create engaging proposals, conduct thorough research, coordinate with partners, and ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
  • Develop strategic partnerships, plan and execute effective campaigns, build persuasive proposals, and track destination trends.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analyze results, and prepare performance reports to drive business growth.

This position offers excellent exposure to international destinations and brands, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including tourism boards, attractions, and lifestyle brands.
  • Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities and trends, and create compelling content and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, driving business results.

Requirements:

  • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems, and familiarity with paid marketing basics.

Success Metrics:

  • Deliver 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Build a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
  • Publish a monthly 'Destination & Trends' memo for the Alliances team.
