At NPCI, we are seeking an experienced Senior Research and Advisory Services professional to lead our strategic research and advisory initiatives.

About the Role:
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer expert advice on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  • Representational Role: Represent in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.

You will be responsible for leading, developing, and implementing various research and advisory services across different business segments and markets. This includes analyzing market trends, preparing strategic reports, and working closely with stakeholders.

Your expertise will facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout. You will supervise and review ongoing projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals.

In addition, you will drive cross-functional coordination for the successful implementation of new systems or upgrades. You will contribute to policy creation and updates to align with RBI norms and global best practices.

You will serve as a subject matter expert in the digital payments domain, promoting innovation within NPCI by evaluating new technologies and their applicability. Your duties will also include preparing strategic reports, policy notes, and board-level presentations.

Effective communication is key, so you will need to communicate insights, risks, and progress clearly to senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
