Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research and analysis on public health areas, including Maternal and Child health, Immunization, FP, NTDs.
  • Database and repository management, updating it regularly.
  • Good knowledge of data management, analysis, and monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
  • Plan, write, edit, review, and coordinate monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, visualizations.
  • Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary, secondary research, data collection, and M&E.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of professional experience in public health research in India and globally.
  • Masters/MA in Public Health.
  • Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
  • Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is preferable.
  • Excellent oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
  • Team player and leader.
  • Past experience of handling a team.
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative knowledge.
  • Knowledge of analytical and visualization software.
  • Ability to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews.
  • Ability to be independent and work effectively across barriers.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office applications.
