Role Description

Billing Executive/Cashier Position: Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Billing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software to identify outstanding accounts and generate bills and invoices specific to customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate Sales Orders after understanding customer requirements.
  • Deliver invoices to clients via digital and traditional services.
  • Reconcile all payments with invoices.

Day-to-Day Tasks:
  • Receive and sort incoming payments including Cash, DC/CC, Online Payments, UPI.
  • Manage Petty Cash.
  • Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in ERP.

Reporting and Compliance:
  • Regularly update receivables specific to customers.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Reports to Accounts team.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports and present to Reporting Authority.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree.
  • Understanding of accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP.
  • Strong computational skills.

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Robust written and communication skill set.
  • Basic understanding of office software and machinery.

Experience as a Billing Executive at any large format store is required. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be a team player, and demonstrate good time-management skills and integrity.
