About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Revenue Analyst to work closely with our Director, ensuring accurate financial reporting, commercial validation, and performance tracking across departments, customers, and projects.

This role involves preparing P&L statements, budgeting, costing, forecasting, cash flow analysis, validating timesheets and sales orders, and approving tasks based on commercial viability. You will also prepare KPI-driven performance reports, monitor customer health, and track project progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare & analyze P&L statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct costing analysis and track project revenues.
  • Verify timesheets for accuracy & completeness.
  • Ensure sales orders are raised for all active work.
  • Approve project tasks post commercial review.
  • Submit KPI-based performance reports for each department.
  • Perform customer health checkups and flag risks/opportunities.
  • Track project status, highlighting delays or risks.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 12 years in finance, revenue operations, commercial analysis, or performance reporting.

Skills:

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards).
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM & time-tracking tools.
  • Understanding of KPI frameworks and project costing.
  • High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.
