Senior Manager Position

As a senior manager, you will lead our internal audit practice in the region. Your expertise and professional advice will help client organizations effectively implement internal audit assignments and deliver value from their projects.

You will develop strong relationships with top executives at prospects and existing clients. Identify opportunities to provide value to clients, collaborate on resource staffing, and ensure the firm's inclusion in key industry and solution RFPs.

Build a network of contacts and leverage it for business development. Develop relationships with key buyers and hunt for opportunities to expand our relationship network. Supervise a team of professionals across different client engagements, ensuring quality work and technical competence.

Prepare client presentations and lead discussions on assignment reports and project deliverables. Demonstrate excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Maintain a professional demeanor under stress, read regularly, and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in internal audit consulting, preferably in the telecom sector
  • Strong hands-on experience in IFC/SOX and sectorial experience
  • Industry-related consulting experience, including cost estimation, quantity surveying, budgeting, and accounting
  • Must have a strong local/regional community network and be an active member of trade and professional associations
