Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sale calls with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable services.
- Address and resolve client concerns or doubts regarding services.
- Engage in cross-selling of services based on client requirements.
- Explain feedback and comments on writing assignments to clients.
- Internally coordinate with various departments to fulfill project requirements.
- Support team members and assist with publication-related tasks when needed.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Counsellors, CRMs, and clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
