This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled sales specialist who can effectively communicate with clients and drive business growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with clients, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills, with a strong ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of targets and tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Contacting and following up with prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls (leads are provided)
- Effectively explaining our services and converting leads into successful enrollments
- Conducting need-based counselling to understand the client's educational requirements
- Delivering compelling online presentations and product demonstrations
- Building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieving monthly sales targets and performance goals
- Maintaining updated records of communications and follow-ups
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Outbound Sales, Admission Counselling, or a related role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Confident, soft-spoken, and customer-centric approach
- Capable of adapting quickly and taking ownership of targets and tasks
