Company Description
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new leads and follow up on existing ones to close sales deals
- Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 10 years of experience in inside sales or business development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of the edtech industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
