**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive**

**Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM**
**Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday WFH)**
**CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA + Unlimited Incentives based on performance**
**About the Role**:
**IIM Skills is looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.**In this role, you will handle leads provided by the company and take ownership of the entire sales process from initial contact to final enrolment. You will guide prospective students, help them make informed decisions about our programs, and consistently achieve your sales targets. This is a full-time, office-based role.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand career goals and guide students to suitable programs.
- Take ownership of leads from initial contact to final enrolment.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to maximize lead conversion.
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 1 year of proven Inside sales experience (EdTech preferred).**:
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills.**:
- Ability to work in a target-driven, performance oriented environment.
