**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel prospective students and parents about programs, career options, and admission procedures.
- Conduct one-on-one and group sessions (in person, phone, or virtual) to understand student needs and preferences.
- Assist students in choosing appropriate courses/programs based on their academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic departments to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Stay updated with course content, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Support students during the enrollment process, including document collection, fee counseling, and orientation.
- Participate in webinars, seminars, and promotional events to represent the institution or platform.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, counseling, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or student services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets/deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and virtual communication tools.
- Empathetic, student-focused, and persuasive attitude.
