We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that drive engagement, build community, and enhance our brand identity across digital platforms.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content, analyzing audience insights, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns. You will also collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams for consistent brand communication.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Managing and growing presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.).
- Analyzing audience insights, tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns.
- Collaborating with design, content, and marketing teams for consistent brand communication.
- Handling influencer collaborations, campaigns, and brand partnerships.
- Monitoring trends, competitor activity, and new platform features.
- Engaging with followers, responding to queries, and managing online reputation.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing social media for a brand/agency.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and tools.
- Proficiency in content planning, copywriting, and creative storytelling.
- Familiarity with design/editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment.
