Job Overview:

As a seasoned social media marketing professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to build, nurture, and engage with our online communities across various platforms. Your expertise in utilizing social media management tools and implementing advocacy programs will play a crucial role in enhancing brand presence and fostering loyalty among our customers.

Key Responsibilities include: Developing and executing strategies to build and nurture engaged social media communities across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience, aligns with our brand voice, and encourages community participation.

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive interactions with our community members.

Utilize Sprout Social or similar social media management tools to schedule and publish content, monitor social media conversations, track metrics, and analyze performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand guidelines.

Implement advocacy strategies to encourage community members to become brand advocates, creating a network of loyal customers who actively promote our products or services.

Identify and engage with key influencers and industry experts to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
