Job Overview:
We are seeking a driven and organized individual to support our growth initiatives in the HR staffing and recruitment industry.
This role is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in sales, client engagement, and staffing solutions. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced business development and recruitment leaders, gaining exposure to client engagement, staffing operations, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective clients (HR, Procurement, and Hiring Managers) across target industries through research.
- Contribute to outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to generate new business leads.
- Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations.
- Maintain and update CRM/ATS systems with accurate client and lead data.
- Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing.
- Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
