Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Consultant to join our team at Manektech. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in IT sales and a passion for driving business growth.

About the Role

As a Strategic Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with our marketing department. You will also attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients, maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention, and suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in consumption to ensure our offerings remain relevant.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales.
  • No salary cap for the right candidate.
  • A willingness to work in a WFO (Work From Office) environment located in Ahmedabad.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop effective plans to drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary Range
