Transaction Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive high-value transactions in the luxury real estate market.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing Process Oversight: Manage and oversee the entire closing process from contract to closing date, ensuring all timelines are adhered to and necessary documents are prepared and reviewed.
  • Document Accuracy: Ensure all legal documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and in compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Transaction Coordination: Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure financial transactions, including earnest money deposits and final payments, are processed smoothly.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the closing process.
  • File Management: Maintain organized and secure files of all transaction documents, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify potential issues that may arise during the closing process and proactively work to resolve them promptly.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, attorneys, lenders, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and cooperation throughout the transaction.
