About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Pension Fund Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise in building relationships with corporate clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for deepening NPS penetration among corporate employees by arranging helpdesks and awareness sessions. They will also engage with business teams of group companies to acquire new corporate clients for NPS business.

In addition, they will support the Business Development Manager in strategic business initiatives and assist in designing corporate business strategy. The ideal candidate will have strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and client engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deepen NPS penetration among corporate employees through helpdesks and awareness sessions.
  • Engage with business teams of group companies to acquire new corporate clients for NPS business.
  • Support the Business Development Manager in strategic business initiatives.
  • Assist in designing corporate business strategy.
Requirements
  • Graduate or Post-graduate degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, business development in Pension Funds/NPS Sales or product management roles.
  • Strong execution skills, communication skills, and networking and client engagement skills.
  • Able to speak local language - Kannada.
What We Offer

As a Strategic Partnership Executive, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹8 Lakhs - ₹12 Lakhs per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
