Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the workforce to meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and implement labor models to optimize workforce capacity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective workforce management
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in WFM and 2 years in Capacity Planning
  • Solid understanding of WFM fundamentals
  • Experience in workforce analytics, planning, forecasting, and/or workforce management with a large global call center
