
Sales Strategist

The incumbent will focus on identifying, engaging, and securing large CPG enterprise accounts, with an emphasis on hunting for new business, managing accounts, and closing deals end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Drive business growth and achieve revenue targets in international markets.
- Identify and Engage Customers: Present tailored AI-driven solutions to meet customer needs.
- Establish Strong Relationships: Build relationships with senior stakeholders across international markets.
- Manage the Sales Cycle: Prospect, negotiate, and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Customize solutions for clients and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide Ongoing Account Management: Ensure customer satisfaction, identify upsell opportunities, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Monitor and Report Sales Performance: Gather market feedback and provide insights into customer needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years within a CPG brand or SaaS platform with MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 Institutes.
- Closing Deals and Customer Relationships: Demonstrated success in closing deals and fostering long-term customer relationships.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Strong consultative selling skills and an in-depth understanding of technology solutions in the digital marketing space.
- Managing Complex Sales Cycles: Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, particularly with large enterprise clients.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with global executives.
