Job Title:

IT Solutions Strategist

This role is critical in driving business growth and developing strategic relationships within the Technology and IT staffing sector.

  • Develop and maintain client partnerships to deliver tailored solutions that meet their technical staffing requirements.
  • Grow existing client relationships and expand our portfolio through proactive outreach and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client satisfaction and address any issues promptly by ensuring excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  2. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, maintaining accurate information in CRM systems.
  3. Prepare and present regular account status reports to senior management.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI) and Network Technologies to support clients' needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in account management within the Technology and IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and delivering high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outstanding negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with CRM/ATS and VMS platforms. They should be able to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
