Cloud Solutions Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Cloud Solutions Strategist to drive the development of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

This key role will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud migration strategies, optimizing infrastructure performance, and ensuring compliance with security and governance best practices across cloud environments.

The successful candidate will play a critical part in defining and executing cloud architecture initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust cloud governance and security compliance.

  • Develop and implement cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives from on-premise or legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
  • Design multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures to ensure high availability, scalability, and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to ensure robust cloud governance and security compliance.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud costs, performance, and resource utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with GCP – at least 2 areas at an expert level.
  • Deep knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.
  • Experience with cloud migration strategies, workload assessments, and re-architecting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, including IAM, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
