Lead Gen AI Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Gen AI Strategist to join our team.

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping high-impact Generative AI solutions, partnering with clients on pre-sales activities, discovery sessions, and short-term proof-of-concept projects.

  • Solution Leadership: Engage directly with clients to understand business challenges and lead ideation and design of innovative Generative AI solutions.
  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling required for success.
  • Project Ownership: Lead end-to-end delivery of GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely execution of project milestones.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering best practices and ensuring project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations, providing clear progress updates, and maintaining strong relationships.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solution design, development, and deployment.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy GenAI solutions using Python and relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services.
  • Prior experience in consulting, pre-sales, or freelance capacity is strongly preferred.
