Technical Lead – GEN AI Job Description

As a Technical Lead for our GEN AI team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge LLM models and Gen AI applications.

The ideal candidate should possess strong foundational knowledge in traditional machine learning and deep neural networks. Experience with Azure AI services, including Cognitive search, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure OpenAI, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLM models and Gen AI applications.
  • Design and implement advanced RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) based Gen AI solutions.
  • Evaluate and implement different embedding models and chunking strategies.
  • Design and implement agentic AI systems that can autonomously perform tasks, make decisions, and interact with other systems or users effectively.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure efficient data collection, preprocessing, and management for AI applications.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Total Experience 13-15 years; Gen AI Experience – 5 + years
  • Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology
