Desktop Support Specialist Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Desktop Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Windows OS configuration & installation, proficiency in troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook issues, and working knowledge of ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Remedy.
  • In addition to providing excellent technical support, the successful candidate will be responsible for system upgrades, patches, and hardware/software installations, as well as maintaining accurate asset records and documenting all support tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.Tech, etc.)
  • A minimum of 1.5 years of relevant desktop support experience
