We are seeking a seasoned Desktop Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure seamless system performance.
  • Provide remote desktop support and application customization to meet the evolving needs of clients.
  • Maintain system performance by monitoring and applying timely updates to prevent downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree in ECE, CS, IT, or EEE from a reputable institution.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including 24x7 shift operations.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory of hardware/software assets and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
