About the Role

The Tech Innovator Internship is a comprehensive program that combines technical training with hands-on experience in political consulting. You will join our Technical Transformation Team and support key functions, including Campaigns, Political Intelligence, and Research.

You will participate in intensive workshops on advanced Python, JavaScript, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and operational security best practices.

Additionally, you will attend seminars on the current political landscape, campaign structures, legislative processes, and data ethics in policy.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Analyse relevant public datasets (e.g., election data, legislative records) to identify trends and produce actionable insights.
  2. Develop a Capstone Project, such as creating an analytical dashboard to visualize complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Translate complex technical findings into clear, concise policy memos and presentations.
Requirements

You are currently in your 6th semester or later of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; or you are a recent graduate.

You have a strong, demonstrable interest in Indian politics and public policy.

You possess foundational technical knowledge and strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.

You are an excellent communicator, capable of explaining complex ideas to diverse audiences.

You are a proactive problem-solver, eager to learn and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
