Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in an entry-level Analyst position. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about climate solutions, venture capital, and sustainable innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investment Research: Assist in identifying potential investment opportunities through research and preliminary outreach.
  • Due Diligence Support: Support the team in financial analysis, market validation, and data collection for potential deals.
  • Investment Process Assistance: Help prepare investment memos, presentations, and supporting documentation.
  • Portfolio Management: Assist in tracking performance and impact metrics and conducting basic analyses for portfolio companies.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct sectoral research to inform investment theses and track trends in climate tech and sustainability.
  • Ecosystem Engagement: Help coordinate events and build databases of relevant ecosystem players.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, finance, or a related field from a premier institution.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or startup roles; climate-focused work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills specific to early-stage investments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Passion for climate innovation and sustainability.
