Oracle Technical Support Role

Best Infosystems Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Oracle Technical Support professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support, with expertise across multiple modules in Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
  • Manage inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.
  • Independently resolve issue resolutions and customization enhancements in live Oracle EBS business flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Oracle EBS Technical Support (R12)
  • Oracle Forms & Reports
  • PL/SQL Development
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Distribution modules
  • Relevant Module Experience:
    • Order Management (OM)
    • Advanced Pricing
    • Shipping Execution
    • Inventory (INV)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Trading Community Architecture (TCA)

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Tech Support
  • Hands-on experience with SQL / PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
  • Proficient in managing inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues across various Oracle EBS layers
