Job Title: Senior Demantra Consultant

About the Role:

This senior-level position requires extensive experience with Oracle Demantra. As a Demantra expert, you will lead the implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including demand management, predictive trade planning, and deductions & settlement management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Demantra modules, including demand data analysis and system configuration.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  3. Design and configure Demantra workflows, forecast trees, and engine tuning based on demand data.
  4. Provide expert-level troubleshooting and performance optimization for Demantra applications.
  5. Develop and execute data extraction queries, manage Demantra tables, and ensure data integrity.
  6. Support integration with Oracle VCP and other ERP modules.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for business stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Demantra.
  • Strong understanding of forecasting algorithms, trade promotion planning, and demand analytics.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Demantra data model.
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP, EBS, and VCP is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
