Celonis Implementation Overview

A leading organization seeks a skilled and driven Celonis implementation expert to join their growing team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in deploying Celonis EMS across client environments, enabling data-driven process optimization and digital transformation.

  • Celonis EMS Deployment: Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows.
  • Process Mining & Analysis: Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices.
  • Propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability.
  • Documentation & Support: Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Celonis usage.
Required Skills & Experience:

Experience: 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools, Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).

Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business process management (BPM), Ability to interpret and model complex workflows.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management, Analytical mindset with attention to detail, Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
