Murex Implementation Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Murex professional to lead our implementation projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams to deliver successful Murex upgrades from offshore locations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of projects, including initiation, planning, scheduling, execution, and completion.
  • Establish and maintain effective stakeholder communication, fostering strong relationships with clients, team members, and end-users.
  • Identify potential risks, issues, critical path activities, and track mitigations and resolutions.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage people resources and allocation.
  • Develop governance frameworks and track project performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in Murex implementations.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Murex project management and program management.
  • A thorough understanding of Murex architecture and ability to comprehend end-to-end processes.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one Murex module (MxML & Back Office Workflows, Datamart Reporting, or Front Office).
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience in offshore delivery management and team management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading at least one Murex upgrade project.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira) and Scrum certification.
