ERP Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead ERP implementations from requirement gathering to go-live support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP configuration, system design, and data migration using templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Led at least two full-cycle ERP implementations ensuring best practices and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, define business processes, and translate them into functional design documents.
  • Configure, test, and deploy finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing systems for optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations, customizations, and data migrations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, enhancements, and service level agreement-based ticket handling.
  • Manage user acceptance testing, go-live planning, and post-implementation hypercare support.
  • Conduct end-user training and ensure seamless adoption of ERP functionalities.
  • Experience in multi-country/global ERP deployments, including multi-company, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions.
  • Analyze complex business processes and recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to ERP project methodologies (Agile/Waterfall) and industry best practices.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
