ERP Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technology risk management activities in ERP for the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance and managing user access privileges.

This is a key leadership role that involves developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP systems and their integration with government portals.

  • Policies and Procedures:
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
  • User Access Privileges:
  • Ensuring ERP user management access privileges and password.
  • Tech Risk Management:
  • Taking overall responsibility for technology risk management activity in ERP for manufacturing process.
  • Disaster Recovery:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive disaster recovery plan for business continuity.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Regulatory requirement configuration and validation for manufacturing process in plant.
  • Integration and Customization:
  • Integration between ERP and government portal API master configuration and management.
  • Legal Document Output:
  • Customization of legal document output forms interfacing with customer and vendor.
  • User Issue Resolution:
  • Identifying high, medium, and low priority user issues in daily business processes.
  • MIS Reporting:
  • Developing MIS reports for compliance regulatory requirements and finance requirements.
  • Security Configuration:
  • Ensuring security of transactions configuration to prevent backdated transactions update and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege level.
  • System Monitoring:
  • Monitoring system implementation, support, analysis, application & data integration, and logical system security.
  • Software Updates:
  • Ensuring ERP software is up-to-date with latest builds for compliance requirements of GST and TDS with coordination from service providers and consultants.
  • Troubleshooting:
  • Troubleshooting all technology issues.
  • Leadership:
  • Formulating overall strategy and policy for effective and efficient ERP process.
  • Team Management:
  • Managing and maintaining all ERP business processes.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Purchasing, receiving, and accounting for ERP modules to upgrade business processes.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinating with plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Training and Development:
  • Building and managing a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Succession Planning:
  • Identifying training needs of team members and fulfilling them through formal training and hand-holding.
