Systems Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst with expertise in gathering requirements, designing screen layouts, and creating testing plans for ERP web and mobile application modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for ERP web and mobile app modules, including AI integration.
  2. Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with technical capabilities.
  3. Define and document requirements for AI-driven functionalities within ERP modules.
  4. Work with AI specialists to ensure seamless integration of AI features.
  5. Leverage knowledge of large language models (LLMs) to create and optimize prompts for AI-driven functionalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years as a Systems Analyst or similar role focusing on ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating screen layouts and testing plans for ERP applications.
  • Foundational understanding of AI technologies and their applications in ERP systems.
  • Experience with large language model (LLM) prompt creation and optimization is a significant advantage.
Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or design tools like Sketch/Figma.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and their modular structures.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Developer background.
  • Cursory knowledge of SQL.
Agile Methodologies:
  • Hands-on experience in Agile processes; certifications like Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP are a plus.
  • Ability to lead scrum meetings a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of collaborating with global teams, specifically with personnel based in the United States, and will demonstrate the ability to work effectively during US East Coast business hours. Experience in Agile methodologies is essential.
