Web Application Developer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced web application developer to join our team. As a senior engineer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining cutting-edge web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and test web applications using Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, Angular, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Create and manage REST APIs for mobile and web applications.
  • Work on the development and maintenance of admin panels, customer portals, and service provider applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms, certificate creation, validation, and API integration.
  • Manage databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Utilize project management tools such as JIRA and version control systems like Git.
  • Provide support for production issues, including bug fixing, vulnerability fixes, and database optimizations.
  • Deploy immediate updates and fixes as required.
  • Create and execute the roll-out plan.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them when relevant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Over 3-4 years of experience in web application development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in Python, Django, Django Rest Framework, PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, HTML, CSS, and Ajax.
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with web servers like Apache and Nginx.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as PyCharm, VS Code, Gitbash, Postman, and Sublime.
  • Excellent understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and MVC architecture.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with the software development life cycle.

Additional Requirements (Preferred):

  • Understanding of ITIL, SOX/ITGC principles.
  • Experience in developing e-commerce, education, and social media applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies and environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
