Software Engineer Position

We are seeking an accomplished Software Engineer to spearhead the development of modern, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Clean Architecture, Flutter internals, and scalable state management. You should thrive in an environment where code quality and performance are top priorities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Flutter applications with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Implement Clean Architecture and SOLID principles for modular and testable code.
  • Develop effective state management solutions (Bloc, Riverpod, Cubit, etc.).
  • Optimize rendering, memory usage, and widget build performance.
  • Write comprehensive unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with 3+ years in Flutter/Dart.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter internals: widget lifecycle, rendering pipeline, isolate model.
  • Hands-on experience with state management frameworks (Bloc / Cubit / Riverpod).
  • Solid understanding of repository pattern, dependency injection, and layered architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and performance tuning.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Interview Process:

The interview process will consist of two rounds:

  • Technical Deep Dive (60–75 minutes): covering Flutter, Dart, Clean Architecture, performance, and problem-solving.
  • System Design + Architecture (60 minutes): discussion on clean architecture, scalability, state management trade-offs, testing strategy.
