About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems.

  • Systems Monitoring & Support

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, performance, and uptime across development and production environments. Troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner.
  2. Infrastructure and Security Management: Configure machines, access controls, and user permissions for new and existing team members. Ensure secure practices such as system hardening, OS patching, and routine compliance audits.
  3. Hardware and Vendor Management: Coordinate hardware procurement, work with vendors for equipment purchases, service warranties, and support escalations. Track inventory, machine handovers, and replacement cycles using internal systems.
  4. Team Enablement and Documentation: Act as a first point of contact for internal TechOps requests. Maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and asset registers. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Engineering to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in TechOps, IT Support, Infrastructure, or DevOps assistance.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux/macOS systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cloud services.
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools and remote access tools.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools, Git, basic scripting, or task automation.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple requests and maintain system hygiene and documentation.
