Lead Mobile App and Desktop Web Designer

We seek a highly skilled UI/UX professional to lead the design of mobile apps and desktop web applications.

This full-time, remote role is ideal for an individual who thrives when working independently and has successfully led projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop user interfaces for mobile apps and desktop web applications using Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Own the entire design process, from initial research and wireframing to prototyping, testing, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to ensure cohesive and seamless user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs based on feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices, emerging trends, and innovative tools in UI/UX design.
  • Communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical team members across various geographical regions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Figma and Flutter Flow.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing completed mobile app and desktop web application projects.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full design lifecycle of projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
